南非竞争委员会建议无条件批准铬回收厂收购交易
南非竞争委员会（Competition Commission）向竞争仲裁庭（Competition Tribunal）提出建议，主张无条件批准一项重要交易。该交易内容为嘉能可南非运营公司（Glencore Operations South Africa，GOSA）代表嘉能可 – 梅拉费联合共享企业（Glencore-Merafe pooling and sharing venture，PSV），与斯班静水公司（Sibanye-Stillwater）收购若干家铬回收厂（chrome recovery plants，CRPs） 。
