印尼能源与矿产资源部强调，矿产和煤炭开采公司得重新提交2026年的工作计划和预算（RKAB） ，2025年10月就可以开始重新提交。

此前，政府打算把RKAB的审批周期从每三年一次改成每年一次。能源与矿产资源部矿产和煤炭局局长Tri Winarno称，就算公司已获2024 – 2026年RKAB的批准，重新提交采矿和煤炭RKAB0063;很有必要。

巴利勒于2025年7月14日在印尼众议院大厦表示，无需怀疑政策是否可行，这是能源与矿产资源部的工作，且已做决定，保证明年能实施。
