英美资源集团（伦敦证券交易所代码：AAL）正以500亿美元的全股票交易收购加拿大最大的多元化矿业公司泰克资源（多伦多证券交易所代码：TECK.A、TECK.B，纽约证券交易所代码：TECK）。若加拿大、美国和中国的监管机构批准，这将缔造全球第五大铜生产商。
