中资矿企MMG收购英美资源镍资产，面临欧美监管审视
中资支持的矿业公司MMG，预计其以5亿美元收购英美资源集团镍资产的交易，能获得欧洲方面的批准，即便监管机构对中国在关键矿产供应链的影响力存疑。
MMG企业关系执行总经理特洛伊·海伊证实，欧洲反垄断官员对公司大部分股权归中方所有一事表示担忧，但他称公司对交易获批有信心。海伊向《金融时报》表示：“从竞争角度看，作为新进入该市场的企业，且欧洲需求强劲，我们优势明显。”
因英美资源的镍业务位于巴西，该国竞争管理部门已展开调查。尽管MMG目前在巴西并无业务，但欧洲..镍矿所产镍铁的关键销售地，这些镍铁主要供应给不锈钢制造商。
