泰国外贸部（DFT）近期公布最终裁定草案 ，拟对原产于中国的H型钢产品征收为期五年的反倾销税 。涉案产品海关税号涵盖7216.33.11.000、7216.33.19.000及7216.33.90.000 。该反倾销调查于2024年11月14日正式开启 。
依据裁定草案 ，反倾销税率区间为到岸价（CIF）的30.86%至54.19% 。具体而言 ，马钢将承受30.86%的税率 ，河北津西型钢有限公司及其他生产商和出口商则面临54.19%的税率 。泰国外贸部定于10月2日就终裁结果举办听证会 。
泰国中国现存两..钢铁年产能达160万吨 。调查期内 ，泰国中国H型钢需求约占全国产能的21.9% 。
