澳大利亚焦煤生产商QCoal宣布，旗下年产100万吨的库克煤矿已于11月28日全面关闭，不过公司将继续维持昆士兰州内Northern Hub及Byerwen焦煤综合体的正常运营。QCoal发言人12月2日向Argus表示，库克煤矿的关闭不会对集团其他业务板块的运营造成干扰。
