每个省区设一个标段， 每个标段分别包含1GW、风电1GW以及储能1GWh 。招标要求明确，每个标段最多有5个中标候选人。 每个中标候选人承接规模为光伏200MW、风电200MW、储能200MWh 。同时，招标指定EPC最高...风电≤3.8元/W、光伏≤2.5元/W、储能≤0.68元/Wh 。
