1—11月份，新建商品房销售面积78702万平方米，同比下降7.8%；其中住宅销售面ǧ..同比下降8.1%。新建商品房销售额75130亿元，同比下降11.1%；其中住宅销售额同比下降11.2%。11月末商品房待售面积75306万平方米，较10月末减少301万平方米；其中住宅待售面积减少284万平方米。
