冬至前夕,天气阴冷,处于淡季的北京旧机动车交易市场(花乡二手车市场)仍作为行业“晴雨表”受业界关注。市场内,BBA、特斯拉、蔚小理、鸿蒙智行为代表的新能源车品牌车型均置于车商门口等醒目位置,角落里的小米SU7 Ultra并非主销车型,SU7车源凤毛麟角,YU7更无处可寻。

“小米SU7收一台卖一台,很多人提前预约车源,不用刻意宣传,很好卖。”主营豪华品牌的车商负责人否认小米汽车不受欢迎。其提到一台加装多配置的SU7 Ultra,半年前上牌跑不到三千公里,40万可谈;虽较52.99万新车指导价跌13万,若40万售出仍获利约1万元。

“小米的车完全流通不起来。”规模更大的车商直言,SU7收车不愁卖,但因上市时间短、保有量低致车源稀少,无法作为常规盈利点运作。虽无上市初价格倒挂,但车主卖价仍高于其他品牌;年中上市的YU7,该店仅交易过一台。

“上月起进入淡季,但今年底看车买车的人明显比去年多。”车商称,尽快回笼资金仍是首要任务。中国汽车流通协会建议,二手车经销商建立动态调整机制,对保值率波动明显的品牌采取快进快出策略,缩短库存周期,及时止损;密切关注新能源车置换需求,尤其是新能源准新车板块动态。
