Jakarta – Amidst considerable pressure, particularly regarding commodity prices, the contribution of the energy and mineral resources sector to the country remains substantial. According to a report by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), as of December 18 this year, the realization of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) from the ESDM sector reached Rp228.05 trillion. This achievement reaffirms that the energy and mineral sector continues to be one of the core pillars of state revenue.

Gita Lestari, Head of the Communication, Public Information Services, and Cooperation Bureau (KLIK) at the ESDM Ministry, explained that this achievement is the result of collective efforts by all units within the ESDM Ministry alongside stakeholders to maintain a conducive investment climate and ensure the accountable management of natural resources. “This achievement is the outcome of strong synergy in upholding natural resource governance to maximize benefits for the welfare of the people,” Gita stated in Jakarta on Thursday (18/12).
