“辰隆麟隆（山东）新材料研发生产基地”项目落子山东菏泽东明县，总投资约25亿元，占地面积约174亩。项目规划布局4条湿法隔膜生产线及配套涂覆隔膜生产线，产线宽度达7.8米，生产速度可超80m/min；建成投ĺ..年产15.2亿平方米单层与三层复合锂离子电池隔膜的生产能力，产品覆盖动力、储能及固态电池等领域。
