中国五矿集团所属黄沙坪矿业铅锌多金属硫化矿选矿技术成果经中国有色金属学会鉴定，达到国际领先水平。作为国内重要铅锌多金属矿产基地，黄沙坪矿石性质复杂，伴生矿品位低、嵌布粒度细、共生紧密，传统选矿技术存在回收率低、伴生金属回收差、废水难循环等瓶颈，制约企业高质量发展与核心竞争力提升。近年该矿联合长沙矿冶院、中南大学组建协同创新团队，历时3年攻关取得重大突破。
该技术通过多项核心创新破解复杂难选矿资源综合回收难题。开发双向成...铜铅绿色高效分离；开发硫铁矿机械活化浮选技术，形成无碱无氰无铬绿色高效梯级耦合新工艺。
