来自四川省雅安市天全县人民政府官网消息，近日，天全聚能芯工科技有限公司川藏新能源0005;池全生命周期梯次回收区域中心项目环评首次公示。

该项目总投资约3.8亿元，计划分两期建设。一期占地9000平方米，将打造处理能力10000吨/年的退役锂电池梯次利用、破碎处理生产线，配备1条电池包拆解线、1条电芯模组PACK梯次线及1条电池破碎生产线，同时设置电池预处理区、检测区与库存周转区。

二期占地100亩，着重扩充20000吨/年电池包回收处理生产线。还将建设汽车拆解车间，具备4万辆/年整车细化拆解能力，以及新能源汽车废旧动力电池存储车...
