土耳其官方公报发布进口镀锡板反倾销调查终裁结果，决定对原产于德国、中国、日本、韩国及塞尔维亚的镀锡轧制扁平钢产品征收反倾销税。调查期覆盖2021年1月1日至2023年12月31日，裁定指出上述五国相关产品存在低价倾销行为，对土耳其本土钢铁产业造成实质性损害，故将按到岸价（CIF）的一定比例实施反倾销措施。
具体税率方面，德国企业中Thyssenkrupp Rasselstein GmbH税率为5.53%，其余企业统一为11.05%；中国出口商中，邯郸金泰包装材料有限公司24.83%、邯郸钢铁集团衡水冷轧薄板有限公司23.88%、江苏苏讯新材料科技有限公司24.73%，...00、7210.12.20、7210.90.40、7212.10.10、7212.10.90及7212.40.20。
