乌克兰跨部门国际贸易委员会（ICIT）因原产于中国的无缝不锈钢管进口反倾销措施实施期限届满，决定启动相关复审程序。根据政府信使报披露，该决定（编号AD-588/2025/441-01）已于2025年12月19日通过。此次复审程序的启动，系应国内生产商Centravis的申请，并结合乌克兰经济、环境与农业部提供的材料及结论作出。委员会经审查认定，申请符合法定时限要求，且包含充分证据表明，若取消现行反倾销措施，可能导致倾销行为持续或再度发生，进而对国内相关产业造成损害。
此外，现有材料显示，中国出口商当前的经营现状及经济环境，存在催生...钢铁集团有限公司的价格承诺复审亦同步启动，该承诺在复审期间保持有效。两项复审工作均委托乌克兰经济部负责，由其开展利益方登记及材料审核工作。利益方登记期限为公告发布之日起30天，书面意见提交期限为60天。委员会相关决定自正式公布之日起生效。
