工业和信息化部组织编制的0005;动自行车充电桩安全技术规范强制性国家标准（报批稿）已于2026年1月8日形成，并向社会公开征求意见，公示期为2026年1月8日至1月14日。中国是电动自行车生产与消费大国，社会保有量约3.8亿辆，其已成为群众短途出行重要交通工具。针对安全隐患全链条整治中“设施不足、违规停放充电”的重点问题，各地充电设施建设缺乏统一技术依据与指导。
目前电动自行车整车、充电器、锂电池均已制定强制性国标，充电桩需配套制定强制性国标，以统一技术依据、明确技术门槛、约束企业生产销售行为、淘汰...该标准适用于为符合GB 17761规定的电动自行车及其蓄电池充电的交/直流充电桩。
