8月4日，荣晖国际发布公告。2025年8月1日，董事会与PT Mitra Unggul Berjaya及杨成林，就收购PT Aneka Tambang Resources Indonesia 60%权益，签署具法律约束力的谅解备忘录。该目标公司主要在印尼开展镍矿开采业务，持有608公顷的采矿业务许可证。
