综合外媒2026年1月8日消息，印度尼西亚能源与矿产资源部长巴赫利尔·拉哈达利亚表示，政府拟在2026年批准约6亿吨的煤炭产量配额，并同步对镍矿生产配额进行动态调整，以稳定矿产品价格、防止供应过剩冲击市场。
这一煤炭配额水平将显著低于2025年的实际产量。据印尼能矿部及产业初步数据，2025年印尼煤炭产量已达7.9亿吨，远超往年官方设定的配额上限。作为全球最大的动力煤出口国，印尼实际产量常年突破政府限额，凸显产能扩张与政策调控间的张力。
