土耳其近期通过官方公报发布进口镀锡板反倾销调查终裁结果，决定对原产于德国、中国、日本、韩国及塞尔维亚的镀锡轧制扁平钢产品征收反倾销税。本次调查周期为2021年1月1日至2023年12月31日，裁定指出，上述五国相关产品以倾销价格进入土耳其市场，对当地钢铁产业造成实质性损害，故将基于到岸价（CIF）按比例实施反倾销措施。
具体税率方面，德国企业中Thyssenkrupp Rasselstein GmbH税率为5.53%，其余企业统一适用11.05%；中国出口商中，邯郸金泰包装材料有限公司税率24.83%，邯郸钢铁集团衡水冷轧薄板有限公司23.88%..关税则号为7210.11.00、7210.12.20、7210.90.40、7212.10.10、7212.10.90及7212.40.20。
