紫金矿业拟以约280亿元人民币现金收购非洲金矿资产。1月26日晚间，紫金矿业公告称，其控股子公司紫金黄金国际与加拿大及美国上市的联合黄金签署协议，拟以44加元/股现金价格收购联合黄金全部已发行普通股，交易对价约55亿加元，折合人民币约280亿元。
收购价格较联合黄金1月23日收盘价41.75加元/股溢价5.39%，较协议签署前20个交易日加权平均价36.99加元/股溢价18.95%。收购主体紫金黄金国际为紫金矿业持股85%的子公司，交易已获紫金矿业董事会审议通过，不构成关联交易及重大资产重组，无需提交公司股东会表决。
