财联社2月12日讯,商务部办公厅发布关于做好2026年春节假期消费品以旧换新工作的通知。

为深入贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署,按照商务部等9单位关于印发〈2026“乐购新春”春节特别活动方案〉的通知(商消费函〔2026〕16号)和商务部等7部门关于提质增效实施2026年消费品以旧换新政策的通知(商消费函〔2025〕697号)等有关要求,保障消费者在春节期间更好享受以旧换新补贴,打造“购在中国”品牌,现就有关事项通知如下:

一、增加补贴数量
各地要加强春节期间消费品以旧换新补贴资金保障,发挥不同渠道优势,抓好政策实施,更好满足消费需求。顺应春节年俗、增添年味,鼓励消费者走出家门消费购物,2026年春节9天假期内(2月15—23日),充分保障消费者通过线下渠道申领家电以旧换新、数码和智能产品购新补贴。对在春节9天假期内购买新车的消费者,均可按政策要求申领汽车以旧换新补贴。

二、加强商品供应
各地要指导汽车经销商、家电卖场、数码和智能产品卖场等消费品以旧换新政策参与主体,根据春节市场特点,备足优质货源,保障营业时间,确保补贴商品供应充足。要保障农村地区节日..
