当地时间8月7日，时隔近5个月，瑞典电池制造商Northvolt官网更新，官宣美国加州锂硫电池初创公司Lyten将全面收购其剩余资产。

此次收购涵盖瑞典谢莱夫特奥旗舰工厂、韦斯特罗斯研发中心等核心资产，Northvolt Drei工厂及全部知识产权 。据外媒报道，收购交易价格为2亿美元（约合人民币14.37亿元）。

Lyten此前已收购Northvolt三项资产。2024年11月收购其位于美国加州的航空电池专用工厂Cuberg；2025年7月初收购欧洲最大电池储能系统（BESS）生产基地——Northvolt波兰Dwa工厂；7月下旬收购Northvolt的BESS产品与知识产权组合。

资料显示，Lyten于2015年在美国硅谷成立，主要产品为锂硫电池，核心技术是“Lyten 3D Graphene”平台，用于制造轻量、高能量密度、低成本电池。2024年，Lyten宣布投资超10亿美元建设内华达州锂硫电池超级工厂，计划2027年运营，年产能达10GWh。
