8月7日，彭博社报道，美国加州锂硫0005;池初创企业Lyten Inc.宣布全面收购已破产的瑞典电池制造商Northvolt AB在欧洲的所有剩余资产。官方声明显示，此次交易涵盖Northvolt位于瑞典的旗舰工厂、研发中心，以及德国的新建工厂用地 。Lyten表示，将与瑞典和德国政府紧密合作，推进这些地点的设施扩建。
