1月15日，中铝贵阳铝镁设计研究院（贵阳院）提供核心技术支持的安哥拉铝产业园12万吨/年绿色铝电项目投产，安哥拉总统洛伦索揭幕剪彩。该项目为中国电解铝项目首次登陆非洲，是“一带一路”绿色产业合作标志性成果。
项目一期投资约2.5亿美元，贵阳院凭借“设备利旧+技术升级”差异化优势中标——通过精准评估国内存量设备、跨洋转运及GP系列电解槽技术优化，项目建设成本降低30%以上；依托设备搬迁改造经验，构建全流程闭环服务能力，攻克跨洋设备再利用、技术适配难题，实现贵阳院非洲市场零突破。
非洲铝土矿开发需求旺盛但电解铝产能不足、技术落后，贵阳院作为中国最大铝电解Ɗ..印尼、哈萨克斯坦等国应用。此次项目投产，为中国铝企拓展海外市场、优化全球布局提供系统方案，推动中国铝电解技术、装备、标准“走出去”，升级“技术+装备+服务+产品”集成模式，扩大海外份额。
