罗俊杰指出，我国已迈入全球制造强国行列，“十四五”期间机械工业韧性强劲。2020年以来增加值增速波动于4%-10%；2024年规上企业营收首次突破30万亿元至31.5万亿元，进出口连续四年超1万亿美元，2024年一般贸易占比提升至74.3%（较2020年增7.3个百分点）；2025年前三季度增加值增速保持8.5%以上，对主要经济体出口两位数增长。
