周四，因中国政府在北京一场军事阅兵前下令暂停建筑活动，铁矿石期货价格下滑。
在中国大连商品交易所（DCE），交易最为活跃的1月铁矿石合约价格下跌2.94%，至每吨775元（108.06美元）。截至格林威治时间0730，新加坡交易所基准9月铁矿石价格下跌1.36%，至每吨102.1美元。此次纪念二战结束的军事阅兵将于9月3日举行。
新加坡Navigate Commodities董事总经理阿蒂拉·威德内尔表示：“中国当局已下令至少12个省份在活动前后暂停建筑活动。因此，上海螺纹钢和铁矿石期货出现大幅抛售并不意外。”
与此同时，中国咨询机构Mysteel周四在一份...钢材需求预计将保持稳定，不过近期恶劣天气扰乱了建筑施工。
