储能网4月7日发布消息，中国贵州省六盘水市盘州市绿色储能应急电源项目（一期）设计、施工（设备采购及安装）总承包中标候选人公示已正式披露。
该项目规划在盘州市红果街道办纸厂村等24个村建设28个分布式用户侧独立储能电站，总规模达150MW/300MWh。储能系统采用电化学电池方案，配置储能变流器（PCS）及箱式变电站，以预制舱式模块化方式实施安装，同步配套集中式能量管理系统（EMS）平台实现统一调度。项目总投资46380.19万元，总承包限价41260.79万元，折合单价约1.3754元/Wh。
