345万吨优特钢升级改造项目的最新动态8月13日上午，衢州市委0070;记高屹，市委常委、常务副市长周卫兵，副市长郑河江一行，在智造新城党工委书记、管委会主任方世忠陪同下，前往衢州元立公司展开调研指导工作。公司董事长兼总经理叶新华，党委书记侯志华，常务副总经理陈玉兴，党委副书记叶晶晶，副总经理章慧林以及总经理助理季志勇参与接待。

调研过程中，叶董事长着重介绍了1280m³高炉的建设情况。目前，公司年产354万吨铁、345万吨优特钢的升级改造项目一期工程已启动试生产。 这一项目进展，对公司未来产能提升及产品结构优化具有关键意义。
