根据印度尼西亚内政部2026年4月17日发布的第11/2026号条例，电动汽车将不再自动享受零税优惠。该法规明确机动车税（PKB）与机动车过户费（BBNKB）的征收基础，授权地方政府制定具体税率，包括雅加达特区在内的地方政府正据此制定实施细则。
