在通辽市扎鲁特旗铝工业园区，国家电投内蒙古公司扎哈淖尔35万吨绿电铝项目136台电解槽顺利启动，标志该项目取得阶段性突破。
该项目作为霍林河循环经济“煤—新能源—电—铝”联营新范式的核心载体，规划建设35万吨/年电解铝产能，配套65万千瓦风电，年用电量约46.5亿千瓦时，绿电占比达80%，彰显国家电投内蒙古公司绿色转型决心。截至目前，项目264台电解槽中已有136台稳定运行（投产过半），恰逢市场窗口期，成为利润贡献重要增长极。4月10日新线成功接入，进一步打通能源输送动脉，推动“煤—铝—电—新能源”全链条高效联动，为循环经济高质量发展注入新动能。
项目启动期间，面对人员资源紧张、技术攻关等挑战，扎哈淖尔铝业统筹设备调试、生产优化、安全Ǯ..3家铝厂形成协同发展合力，加速项目启动进程。
