华晋焦煤龙峰煤业完成项目建设、联合试运转、全项验收及转产任务，成为山西焦煤首座建成投产的划转矿井。该矿位于汾阳市三泉镇，井田面积14.4581平方公里，核准产能120万吨/年，可采储量53.03Mt，服务年限31.9年，主采9+10+11号煤层，属低瓦斯、水文地质类型中等矿井，配套建成安全、环保、消防、智能化及生产转运全链条系统。
矿井自2009年启动资源整合，历经暂缓建设、复工复建，2021年5月划转至华晋焦煤管理后建设提速，2025年7月进入联合试运转。从联合试运转到正式投产，面临时间紧、任务重、手续层级多、验收标准高等挑战，需通过县、市、省三级审批完成水土保持、安全设施等7项专项验收，以及竣工综合验收、安全生产许可证、生产要素公告等核心手续。
