4月27日，欧盟委员会正式下发对原产于中国的乘用车及轻卡轮胎（案件编号AD733）的反倾销调查终裁披露文件。
依据“较低税率规则”，欧委会拟对涉案的中国企业征收3.4%至51.6%不等的反倾销税。
该项调查于2025年5月21日应“反对不公平轮胎进口联盟”申诉正式发起。2025年7月25日起，欧盟对涉案产品实施进口登记，以备追溯征税。
在抽样阶段，欧委会选取了中国山东永盛橡胶集团和韩泰集团两家中国出口生产商作为样本企业，合计占中国对欧出口量的21.7%。尽管成山、佳通、锦湖等企业申请加入样本或单独审查，但欧委会以时间有限、现有样本已具代表性为由予以驳回。
