近日，宁德市自然资源局发布关于中国福建润珩鑫400系60万吨不锈钢冷轧项目海域使用论证报告的公示。依据自然资源部关于规范海域使用论证材料编制的通知要求，该局将该项目海域使用论证报告予以公示，并同步公开反馈渠道，接受社会监督。
此举标志着该项目在陆域建设基础上，正式推进海域资源合规利用论证工作，为项目全要素落地——即陆域与海域资源协同利用筑牢审批根基，进一步推动产业项目从规划阶段稳步迈向实施阶段。
据悉，中国福建润珩鑫金属科技有限公司400系60万吨不锈钢冷轧项目，已于2025年7月30日正式取得福安市发展和改革局颁发的投资项目备案证明。该项目为新建工程，选址于宁德市福安市湾坞镇马头船厂..建设周期为2026年1月至2029年12月，历时4年。
