澳大利亚反倾销委员会于2026年5月4日发布2026/043号公告，确认对自中国进口的热轧卷钢征收新反倾销税。自公告发布之日起生效，澳大利亚工业、创新与科学部长批准了针对中国出口商的具体倾销幅度。其中，宝山钢铁适用59.1%的税率，宝钢湛江钢铁和上海梅山钢铁分别适用38.1%和54.9%的税率，中国湖南华菱涟源钢铁适用41.6%的税率，其他所有中国供应商则适用79.0%的税率。
部分特定产品可豁免上述措施。...008及后续版本标准的Q690MD牌号合金钢，以及符合Q/BQB 316-2018及后续版本标准、且最小屈服强度不低于680兆帕的BS700MCK2或BS700MCK4牌号钢材。
