株洲市锚定矿山生态修复核心目标，创新探索“生态修复+产业导入”可持续发展路径，破解矿山治理难题。截至目前，全市432处历史遗留废弃矿山图斑完成修复，建成绿色矿山27座，生产矿山全部达到绿色矿山建设标准。
科学施策实现修复精准化，坚持“一点一策、因地制宜”原则，编制历史遗留矿山生态修复实施方案（2022~2025年），结合矿区区位、资源与产业基础定制修复及转型方案。荷塘区联星村针对闭坑石灰岩矿，通过耕地开发与植被恢复、工程建设与特色养殖结合，修复耕地42.8亩、设施农用地8亩，引进种植大户发展种植业，延伸加工与文旅产业链；醴陵市明月镇依托产业优势，转型利用70余个废弃矿山图斑，引进博洋机械等企业培育特色产业集群，推动闲置土地从“负资产”转为“正资产”。
