当地时间4月29日，中铁一局承建的塞拉利昂新唐克里里3000万吨磁选厂（二期）项目正式投产。该项目从开工至投产历时11个月，较一期工期缩短30天，投产后原矿处理能力达2000万吨/年。
塞拉利昂总统比奥、中国驻塞大使赵勇及该国议会议长、首席部长等政府高级官员出席投产仪式。利昂洛克金属集团股东代表、管理层及项目团队，当地酋长与社区代表共同见证。
新唐克里里磁选厂为塞拉利昂最大铁矿选矿工程及中塞核心互利合作项目，分两期建设。一期2025年4月投产，年处理原矿1000万吨；二期同年4月开工，含粗碎站、磨磁车间等核心设施，遵循中国建设标准与国际规范，落实精细化质量管控。
