5月20日，北京国华疆来科技集团有限公司民丰国华疆来100万千瓦光伏治沙项目工程总承包(EPC)招标启动。项目位于中国新疆维吾尔自治区和田地区民丰县，资金来源为自筹资金26亿元，招标人为民丰国华疆来新能源科技有限公司。
项目规划新建地面集中式光伏项目，建设规模为交流侧1000兆瓦，容配比不超过1.3，直流侧装机容量约1300兆瓦，采用固定式支架安装。新建1座220千伏升压站（配置4台主变，总容量4×300兆伏安），配套安装1台50兆乏调相机，以1回220千伏线路接入民丰750千伏变电站，线路长度约5公里，同步治理沙地面积3万亩。
