在民营经济促进法施行一周年之际，5月20日，国家发展改革委主任郑栅洁主持召开民营企业座谈会，围绕当前经济形势、有关行业运行新特点新变化新趋势及宏观政策在微观层面落实情况，听取意见建议。
会上，来自金属冶炼加工、药品研发生产、节水灌溉与智慧水利、中欧班列运营、人工智能等领域的5家企业负责人结合生产经营情况交流。企业认为，民营经济促进法实施以来，法治引领和保障作用持续显现，民营企业备受鼓舞；当前政策获得感不断增强，数智化与绿色化转型带来新机遇，创新发展势头强劲。同时，企业就整治“内卷式”竞争、应对外部冲击、提升国际化经营水平、强化基础研究能力、参与国家重大项目及智能算力统筹等提出意见建议。
