英国矿业公司英美资源集团在计划与泰克资源合并前，为调整其资产组合迈出又一重要步伐，宣布已达成协议，将其澳大利亚炼钢煤业务出售给私人矿业集团Dhilmar Limited，总现金收益最高达38.75亿美元。
