马鞍山钢铁股份于8月15日晚间发布公告，公司董事会收到张文洋的辞呈。张文洋因另有工作安排，辞去公司董事、董事会战略与可持续发展委员会委员，以及总经理、财务负责人职务，辞呈自2025年8月15日起生效。此次辞任不会使董事会成员人数低于法定最低标准，对董事会正常运作无影响，也不会干扰公司日常生产经营。
