0026;进一步加强报废机动车回收行业监督管理，打击非法拆解行为，促进行业规范有序发展，日前，商务部等7部门联合印发关于开展报废机动车非法回收拆解专项整治行动的通知（以下简称通知），在全国范围内开展报废机动车非法回收拆解专项整治行动。
通知明确五方面重点任务：一是重点整治非法回收拆解报废机动车行为，严查假借“二手车收购”名义囤积转卖报废机动车及虚假“灭失”等行为；二是重点整治无资质从事报废机动车回收拆解行为，严打出租、出借、买卖、伪造、变造报废机动车回收拆解企业资质认定书及虚假录入报废机动..重点整治违规翻新、出售报废机动车零部件及销售不合格再制造件行为；四是重点整治使用虚假材料办理机动车注销行为，打击虚假报废及报废车辆非法上路行驶行为；五是重点整治未在资质认定场地内拆解及随意丢弃、排放危险废物等不规范拆解行为。
