6月23日晚间，永太科技（002326）发布公告，公司董事会审议通过关于内蒙古永太年产5万吨VC及配套工程项目的议案，同意子公司内蒙古永太化学有限公司以8亿元投资建设年产5万吨VC及配套工程项目，最终投资总额以实际投资为准。
项目建设地点为乌海市中国海南区乌海高新技术产业开发区低碳产业园西环路1号，建设内容包括6个主生产车间、2个后处理车间、1个成品包装车间，配套建设储罐区及蒸汽管网；建设周期为2026年8月1日至2027年12月31日，最终以实际开展进度为准。
目前，永太科技VC已投产产能为1万吨/年，另有在建产能2万吨/年。叠加本次新增的5万吨/年产能后，若全部项目顺利达产，公司VC总产能将提升至8万吨/年。
永太科技表示，其在锂电材料板块的核心产品涵盖六氟磷酸锂、双氟磺酰亚胺...将显著强化公司在锂电材料领域的横向规模扩张与纵向产业链协同能力，进一步夯实综合竞争优势。
