比选申请人需为境内注册企业法人，经营范围含储能、电力或能源相关业务。同一实际控制人或控股集团仅允许1家全资/控股企业申报ϼ..要求认缴注册资本≥1亿元，实缴资本≥5000万元，近2年经第三方审计财务报告显示净资产负债率≤70%。
