根据公示，中国电建集团西北勘测设计研究院有限公司中标，投标总价为143,843,779元，折算单位为0.389元/W，招标企业为内蒙古准格尔旗光之源新能源有限公司。
招标公告显示，该项目建设规模为600MW光伏，同期在项目场区附近新建一座220kV升压站，升..1回220kV线路接500kV升压站220kV侧，线路长度约27km。
