能源与矿产部确认，B50生物柴油强制实施计划仍将于2026年7月1日启动。不过，新能源、可再生能源与能源节约总局局长Eniya Listiani Dewi表示，自实施启动起将设有为期3个月的过渡期。生物柴油是由植物油或动物油制成的替代燃料，可用于替代柴油发动机中的柴油。印尼目前推行40%生物柴油混合比例（即B40），并计划将该比例提升至B50。
能源部长Bahlil在6月25日（周四）的能源论坛活动中表示：“设置过渡期旨在消化现有B40库存。若炼厂仍有B40库存，届时可与B50进行混合，因此具体参数将略有不同。这正是我们设置过渡期的原因。”Eniya指出，Pertamina将在两个月内消化全部B40库存。总体而言，共有30家燃油企业将参与此次生物柴油混合调配。
