2026年6月25日，印尼能源与矿产资源部长巴赫利尔·拉哈达利亚确认，印尼国家石油公司（Pertamina）与俄罗斯石油公司（Rosneft）合作的图班新建炼油厂项目（GRR Tuban）仍在推进。该项目设计年加工能力1500万吨，部分装置将用于生产石化产品，包括年产能100万吨乙烯及130万吨芳烃。
