6月30日，新疆阿克苏地区库车市500MW/2000MWh构网型独立储能项目PC总承包工程中标结果公示，中国建筑第二工程局有限公司以2005521909.89元（约20.06亿元）中标该项目。
该项目招标人为新疆保铁节能有限责任公司，建设地点位于新疆阿克苏地区库车市万哈镇华..光伏站西侧，规划新建一座500MW/2000MWh构网型独立储能电站，并配套新建1座220kV变电站及送出工程。储能系统采用电池，变流器与电池系统全部为预制舱式布置，拟以20回独立的35kV电缆线路接入新建220kV升压汇集站的35kV母线侧，本期一次性整装建成。
