8月21日，塔里木油田轮台县油气行业增产扩绿10万千瓦光伏项目EPC总承包招标公告发布。该项目业主为塔油(轮台)新能源有限公司，招标人为中国石油天然气股份有限公司塔里木油田分公司，建设地点位于新疆巴州轮台县吉格代却勒村，在轮台县县城西南方向约39km处。
建设规模与内容：此项目新建一座集中式光伏发电站，直流侧总装机容量达120.5131兆峰瓦，交流侧为100兆瓦。采用单晶硅双面双玻N型620峰瓦光伏组件，永久用地14.9亩，临时用地2483亩 。同时配套建设10兆瓦/20兆瓦时电池储能系统1套、110千伏升压站1座及110千伏外送线路5千米 。以1回110千伏架空线路接入相关拟建220千伏升压汇集站，最终接入方案以国网批复为准。还需配套建设自控、通信等辅助系统。
