8月22日，上交所官网信息表明，福建德尔科技股份有限公司（简称“福建德尔”）于上交所主板的IPO状态变更为终止，缘由是公司及其保荐人撤回发行上市申请。

据福建德尔6月30日披露的招股说明书申报稿，此次IPO原计划公开发行股票数量不低于115,420,403股且不超过183,314,756股，拟募资19.45亿元，用于年产200吨电子级ClF₃生产线项目、含氟半导体材料项目、年产36万吨半导体级电子材料项目（二期）。

值得关注的是，2023年6月30日首次披露的招股书申报稿显示，公司拟募资30亿元，募投项目较多。但在2024年更新招股书时，募资金额降至19.45亿元，且部分项目被删除。

福建德尔主要专注于氟化工基础材料、新能源锂电材料、特种气体和半导体湿电子化学品等多系列含氟新材料的研发、生产与销售，是国家级高新技术企业。
