欧洲最大的焦煤生产商 JSW 煤炭公司，获官方批准将其在 Borynia 矿床开采硬煤及甲烷的许可证，延长至 2042 年底。此决定由波兰气候与环境部副部长、首席地质学家 Krzysztof Halos，于 2025 年 8 月 5 日签署发布。
